“Agency” refers to Elisa’s London Nannies Limited, 71 - 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JH

“Client” refers to the person or persons who approaches 'Elisa's London Nannies' to be introduced to the candidate with a purpose of employment with accordance of the Terms and Conditions and the Fee Structures of this business.

“Candidate” is a job seeker who is introduced to the Client by the Agency for the purpose of the engagement.

“Introduction” when the Agency passes the contact details of the Candidate to the Client for the purpose of the engagement.

“Engagement” is when the Client decides to employ the Candidate.

“Registration Form” is a document that the Client completes and sends back to the Agency and by doing so the Client agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the business and the Fee Structures.

Terms & Conditions:

• These terms and conditions of business are between the Agency and the Client.

• The Client understands and accepts the Terms and Conditions of the business and Fee Structures before registering with the Agency either verbally or in a written form. If you do not agree to these Terms of Conditions and Fee Structures, then do not use this website.

• The Client will provide the Agency with the specific requirements including days and hours the Candidate is required and the Agency will

endeavour to find the most suitable Candidate of the highest standard and introduce the registered Candidate to the registered Client based on the suitability.

• The Agency will endeavour to suggest a suitable Candidate of the highest standard to the Client based on the requirements provided and arrange an introduction but cannot guarantee the suitability.

• The Agency can recommend to the Client a possible interview structure, interview techniques and a list of possible interview questions if required.

• The Agency checks a minimum of 2 references from previous employers or employers, college tutors or persons known to the Candidate where possible.

• It is also advised that the Client do likewise and also takes up any references provided by the Candidate, evaluates and makes the final decision on the suitability of the Candidate. The Client also obtains any necessary work permits and arranges medical examinations and/or investigations into the medical history of the Candidate. The Client is responsible for checking the original documents of the Candidate.

• The Client agrees to notify the Agency immediately the Engagement is accepted giving the date of commencement, length of stay and agreed weekly salary, however, the agency fee will be based on the minimum hours agreed required at the start of the search process.

• The Agency fee is due from the date the Engagement is accepted and not when the Engagement commences. The fee will be based on the client’s minimum agreed requirements at the start of the search process and the fee should be paid not later than 7 days after receipt of the Agency’s invoice or prior to the start date, whichever is first. In case of any delay in receiving the payment, the Agency has the right to charge interest of 5% for every 7 days delay or part thereof and any legal fees incurred.

• A full refund will be paid or a free replacement arranged (whichever is preferred) if the Candidate does not start on the agreed commencement date or cancels before that date. If for any reason the Client cancels the engagement before the engagement commences

the Agency will refund 50% of the Agency fee, provided the fee has been paid

• All introductions of the Candidate to the Client are confidential. Any passing of introductions to other potential Clients is prohibited within a period of two years and a Client passing the introduction to third parties is liable for a full payment of an Agency Introduction Fee.

• The Client makes the final choice to employ the Candidate and is fully responsible to negotiate all the terms and conditions of the employment with the Candidate. The Agency is not responsible for engaging the Candidate. The Client is also responsible for making arrangements to pay the Candidate’s Tax and National Insurance. The Agency advises that the Client has employer’s liability insurance and the Candidate have public liability insurance.

• The Agency is not responsible for the Client and Candidate's employment contract, such matters are to be arranged by the Client. The Agency is happy to recommend a Solicitor if requested.

• The Agency accepts no liability whatsoever and will not take any responsibility for loss damage or expenses of any nature suffered or incurred by the Client arising directly or indirectly from any Candidate introduced by the Agency even if such act or omission is negligent or fraudulent or reveals any dishonesty. The Agency does not take any responsibility of the success of the employment.
