I began my journey as a nanny before qualifying as a teacher, earning both a BA and PGCE from the UCL Institute of Education in London. I founded Elisa’s London Nannies out of a genuine passion for connecting families with fully vetted, qualified, and trusted childcare professionals, making access to high-quality childcare easier for today’s busy families.
We have built a strong network of exceptional candidates, with a particular focus on bilingual and multilingual nannies, as well as other experienced domestic staff. Since our inception, we’ve successfully placed candidates with a range of clients, including celebrities, VIPs, and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families, all of whom have high standards and unique needs.
My hands-on experience helps me truly understand the importance of finding the right fit—someone who is not only professional and committed, but also genuinely loves what they do.
