Fees & Refund Policy

Placement Fees

UK Permanent Placements

• Nannies, Housekeepers & Domestic Staff:

8 weeks' net salary = approximately 15% of the annual net salary (one-<me fee)

• Rota Nannies:

15.5% of the annual net salary

Overseas Permanent Placements

• Nannies, Housekeepers & Domestic Staff:

10 weeks' net salary = approximately 19% of the annual net salary

• Rota Nannies:

19% of the annual net salary

UK Temporary Placements

• £100 per week (Monday to Sunday, flat rate regardless of days worked)

Overseas Temporary Placements

• £200 per week (Monday to Sunday, flat rate regardless of days worked)

Trial Placements

• The first week is complimentary.

• Each additional trial week: £100 per week (up to 4 weeks maximum).

• If the client proceeds to a permanent placement with the trial candidate, any trial fees paid will be fully deducted from the final permanent placement fee.

📜 Payment Terms:

• No registration fees.

• Invoices are issued when an offer of employment is accepted (not upon start date).

• Full payment is required within 7 days of the invoice or before the candidate starts, whichever comes first.

• Late payments will incur a 5% weekly interest charge until settled.

• If the client cancels the engagement before the start date, 50% of the fee is refunded, provided the invoice was paid.

🔄 Refund & Replacement Guarantee

Our commitment is to ensure the right fit for your family.

If the candidate does not commence employment:

• 100% refund or free full replacement is offered.

If employment ends within 12 weeks:

• Unlimited free replacement search within the first 12 weeks.

• If no suitable replacement is found within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Weeks 1–2: 90% refund

  • Weeks 3–6: 50% refund

  • Weeks 7–12: 25% refund

After 12 weeks:

• No refund or replacement applies.

🏡 Additional Notes:

• Introductions are strictly confidential. If a candidate is introduced to another party via the client within 48 months, the client becomes liable for the full placement fee.

• The client is fully responsible for all employment obligations, including:

  • Employment contracts

  • Tax, National Insurance, and payroll

  • Compliance with employment law

  • Employer’s liability insurance (recommended)

• The agency is not the employer and accepts no liability for employment-related issues.
