I am Eliza Witkowska, originally from Poland and I have over 20 years of childcare experience in the UK. I was previously a nanny and a qualified teacher, BA and PGCE at UCL Institute of Education in London and I taught in prestigious schools in London including independent schools. I started this business in 2017 and have made many placements and have many happy clients.

Throughout my time as a nanny, I met a very diverse range of families and nannies from all around the world and observed things that did and didn’t work in various setups which gave me an insight into the difficulties for families finding good candidates and I realised the importance of a right fit candidate, someone who can relate to and support the whole family's needs.
